Pretty sure only 2 of the 4 screws need to be removed.

Can confirm only two screws required removal to enable access on my model F550C

Have successfully replaced HD once, but had slight issue getting it recognised

which is more of a BIOS issue, helps if you have a seperate bootable USB drive

but once recognised and OS installed, have several times swapped between the two

HDs (one Win8, one Linux - eventually plan to only use linux on this system).

Mike.

Yes only two need to be removed, however I initially wrote a tear down to gain access to the network card etc and the way ifix it is structured for guide creation these steps are in fact used in that longer guide. I've amended the instructions now so hopefully they are more clear now.
