Einleitung
This guide will show you how to remove the hard drive. You will need to do this if your hard drive is damaged or faulty and you have a new one, or if you are upgrading to larger one.

The lock switch can slide either towards or away from the battery. If it is pushed towards the battery, the release switch is locked and the battery can not be released.

Slide the switch away from the battery.

The battery release switch is just to the inside of the battery and slides parallel to it.

Push the switch to the side. It is not just an open or close switch, it actually pops the battery up so you will feel some resistance.

Using the Phillips #1 screwdriver remove the nine 7mm screws in the bottom panel.

Lift and remove the panel.

Grasp the attached tab and pull towards the back of the device.

Lift the front end of the hard drive up. Use a plastic opening tool if necessary.

Lift the hard drive with its casing free of the device and place on a clean surface.

Using the Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the four 3.5mm screws in the corners of the casing.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
