remove sd and sim cards with power off…same as fierce 4/pop 4 all Phillips 000 screws come out then carefully unsnap inner back case half from main case starting on opposite side of power button.with each snap undone, carefully pry case half’s apart using plastic tool or credit card. once apart, unfasten battery connector. power up phone before re assembly.once it works power off and reverse instructions to assemble.

If the battery is so easy to remove, why is it called “non-removable”?

When removing the battery connector on the 5054N model its best to gently lift one side of the battery up a little then the other at the opposite end of the battery connector and then gently rock side to side as you gently raise the battery up.

The battery connector wires are somewhat stiff and rocking the battery side to side while gently lifting upward will dislodge the battery connector.

When replacing the battery connector make sure to gently put the battery back in its place in the phone and then place the connector in position and gently push until you hear or more likely feel the light pop of a snap connector.

When the battery connector is sitting flush then you know its connected.

Do not try to force with extra pressure. gently push down on the connector and gauge whether the force you’re using is enough to safely connect the battery connector. If not then look to see if it needs to be repositioned. If it doesnt need to be then apply a minuet amount of pressure more until you feel it snap in place.
