Please do not step on or misuse any of the pieces. Check to see if your head piece is broken or your adjusters are not working correctly.

    • Remove the six screws—three from each side of the headband

    • These screws have been glued. Apply heat in order to loosen the adhesive.

Have the same problem - cannot unscrew those screws (even when I preheated them with soldering station). Have to drill throught them to remove. And now I cannot find the right size of the screws.

same these %#*@ cheap screws stripped. How did you guys get them out?

Same. Used a soldering iron to heat up the screws, striped none the less. They probably not only glued them, but also screwed them on too tightly. The screws are pretty much fused into it.

    • Remove the head piece from the ear pieces.

    • Separate the wire that connects the two ear pieces.

    • Replace or repair the broken head pieces.

    • A repair could be as simple as gluing the broken parts. When reinstalling to line up the adjusters correctly, make sure they function with the new parts before completely reassembling the head set.
