Asus Chromebook Flip C302CA Mother & Daughterboard Replacement

Remove the ten 5 mm silver screws from the back panel.

Lift off the back panel.

Lift the black wire connecting to the audio card.

Lift the white wire connecting to audio card.

Remove the four 2.5 mm black screws that secure the battery.

Lift the battery out of the laptop.

Remove the black strips connecting to the display at the top.

Pry open the white gate and then remove the connection with the blue strip.

Pry open the black gate and then remove the connection with the blue strip.

Pry open the white gate and then remove the connection with the brown strip.

Remove two silver screws located in the middle of the motherboard that’s holding down the heat sink.

Remove the heatsink from the motherboard.

Remove the eleven 2.5 mm screws that secure the motherboard.

Remove the four 1.3 mm screws from bottom of mother board/daughterboard.

Replace the motherboard/daughterboard.
