Learn how to properly remove your waterproof cap on your Braven BRV-1s in order to replace it.

    • Please be aware that unless the replacement cap is an original manufacturer part, then the device may no longer be waterproof

    • Unscrew the Rear Water cap in a counterclockwise rotation with your fingers

    • when screwing in the replacement rear water cap, ensure it is properly aligned to ensure the device remains waterproof

My speaker’s rear cap got stuck onto the Bluetooth, and now it can’t be open. I heard it clicked and then when I try to turn it; it won’t budge. Please help !
