    • Remove the three screws on the bottom of the camera with a Philips #00 screw driver.

    • When the bottom plate is removed there is nothing to hold in the battery covers so the springs for the covers and the covers can fall out easily.

    • Open the back cover of the camera to reveal the pin holding the back cover to the body

    • Slide in a Jimmy to help pry the back cover open as it can be difficult just using your fingers.

    • Push out the pin holding the back cover to the body of the camera using angled tweezers.

    • Once the pin is poking out use pliers or tweezers to pull the pin out the rest of the way.
