    I measured voltage on the drain of the first MOSFET (was 19v) then I measured its SOURCE (it was around 0.93v), remove the second MOSFET and recheck the voltage on the SOURCE of the first MOSFET, if it is 19v your second MOSFET is shorted, replace it and it should fix the problem.

    Can anybody write a rough translation? Does the picture show the right values or the "broken" values?

    I replaced the small mosfet and got 19V/0.9V as in the picture, but the computer still doesn't start.
