Is your battery draining too fast? It no longer holds a charge? This tutorial will show you how to remove the old battery from your smartphone and replace it with a new one.
Crosscall does not provide spare parts on its older models, so you will have to find this battery yourself.
If you use another battery model, check that the connectors, dimensions and position of the power supply wire are correct.
Before disassembling your phone, discharge the battery below 25%. A charged lithium-ion battery can catch fire and/or explode if accidentally punctured.

-
Open the waterproof cap of the earphone socket and remove the Phillips screw (see photo 3).
-
Lift the rear panel which should come without forcing.
-
-
-
Unscrew the four (4) Phillips screws to release the black plate supporting the SIM card.
-
Gently lift this black plate and release the connector with the flat end of a spudger. (The connector is visible in photo 2 when the black plate is separated from the device)
-
-
-
Unscrew the metal plate protecting the battery (4 Phillips screws).
-
Disconnect the battery connector with the flat end of a spudger (use a plastic spudger to avoid a short circuit).
-
Lift the metal plate stuck to the battery (to extract it) and gently pull on the NFC sensor socket (you have to pull towards the bottom of the device to disconnect it).
-
-
-
With the battery separated from the smartphone, remove it from the metal plate with a suitable solvent
-
Be careful not to bend or puncture the battery during this procedure: A damaged flexible lithium-ion battery may leak dangerous chemicals and can catch fire and even explode!

Insert the new battery.

Connect the connector for the power supply using a plastic spudger.
-
Replace the metal plate and slide the NFC sensor connector into its socket.

Bonjour
Merci beaucoup
Albert
