Is your DJI Mavic Mini experiencing trouble with its propellers spinning or unstable flight? Many of these problems can be due to debris build up/obstructions, or improper fitting of the propellers. In this set of instructions, we will detail the removal process, inspection, and replacement of the DJI Mavic Mini Propellers.

    • Place the DJI Mavic Mini on a flat surface with the props oriented upwards.

    • For ease of access place the prop arms in the "open" position.

    • Remove the 2.4 mm J000 screw from the damaged propeller.

    • When removing the screws, you may need to apply some pressure to the swivel mount that holds the propellers.

    • Remove the damaged propellers.

    • Keep the 2.4 mm J000 screw from the damaged propeller to use again when fastening on the replacement.

    • While one or both propellers are removed for replacement, it is recommended that you inspect the exposed swivel mount for any debris which may impact drone performance.

    • Additionally, when fastening the replacement propeller make sure that the screw is inserted into the interior hole on the swivel mount.
