Use this guide to replace a malfunctioning or non-functioning network card in your Dell Inspiron 13-7373 laptop.

The network card allows data to be transmitted between the computer and a connected network. A faulty network card will limit your computer’s ability to communicate with wired and wireless networks.

Replacing the network card may resolve your laptop’s inability to display or connect to available networks. If you can connect, but regularly experience intermittent or slow connection, replacing the card may improve the device’s performance in these areas.  Performing an internet speed test will assist you in determining if your connection to available networks is inadequate.

Before you begin, be sure to turn off your laptop and disconnect it from any external power source.
