Here is the first step in changing the keyboard. First, at the top panel of the keyboard, there will be 5 indents running through the top of the panel. By using a thin tool, you will want to clip off the indents to release the keyboard from the base of the computer.
-
-
-
After unhinging all 5 indents, you will be able to separate the sheet from the base of the laptop.
-
-
-
Underneath the Keyboard panel are two wires, one of them being a black wire to the left and an orange wire to the right. Carefully remove them by pulling on the base of the wires to avoid ripping.
-
-
-
Once you have removed of the old keyboard, the new keyboard will also have the same wires. Attach the wires together, the black with the black and orange with the orange.
-
-
-
On the bottom-hand side of the keyboard sheet, there will be teeth prodding out. Using that side first, clip them into the laptop before continuing.
-
-
-
Once you have got the teeth hooked into the base, click the 5 hinges at the top-hand side of the keyboard sheet into place to keep it from moving.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
