Einleitung

Follow this guide if you are having issues with your audio output with your Kingston HyperX CloudX.

NOTICE: This guide requires taking apart your headphones, if you have not already, please check your audio settings.

Remove the microphone from the left side of the headphones.
The microphone is removeable from the headphones themselves and does not require any disassembly

Remove the memory foam from the side of the headphones that are giving the audio problem
Both sides come off easily! All you have to do is pull the memory foam from the headset and it should come right off.

Remove the four 5.0 mm screws located under each memory foam using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
Make sure to hold onto the screws, as you will need them to put the headset back together.
