    • Remove the microphone from the left side of the headphones.

    • The microphone is removeable from the headphones themselves and does not require any disassembly

    • Remove the memory foam from the side of the headphones that are giving the audio problem

    • Both sides come off easily! All you have to do is pull the memory foam from the headset and it should come right off.

    • Remove the four 5.0 mm screws located under each memory foam using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    • Make sure to hold onto the screws, as you will need them to put the headset back together.

    • Look for wires that are missing from the circuit board.

    • For this repair, our headset was missing a green wire so we will solder that back to the board

    • Solder the missing wire back to the headphone's circuit board
