Has your HTC Desire 610 stopped vibrating? Follow these steps to replace the faulty vibration motor. You will learn how to take off the back, unscrew the circuit cover, unplug the vibration harness, and put in a new motor.

    • Using a plastic opening tool, take off the back cover of the phone.

    • Pull the wire harness from the circuit board that is connected to the vibration motor using a pair of precision tweezers.

    • Be careful! Damaging this port could prevent a new vibration motor from functioning.

    • Pry the vibration motor from it's housing using precision tweezers.

    • The vibration motor is held in place with adhesive, so you may need to pry a little harder to remove it.
