HUAWEI HONOR 5X Charging Port Replacement

Turn off your cell phone before disassembling.

Remove the two 1.17mm Torx T3 screws from the bottom of the phone.

Use the Sim card ejection tool to remove both the sim card trays.

To prepare the iOpener insert it in the microwave for 30 seconds and apply it on the side edges of the phone so that the glue underneath will soften.

Pry off the back with a plastic opening tool.

Remove the six 1.5mm Phillips #000 screws from the bottom of the phone.

Use a plastic opening tool to disconnect the white and black antenna cables from the daughterboard.

Remove the daughterboard.
