Einleitung

All of the internal surfaces, especially the conductive metal pieces, need to be clean and well kept in order for the microphone to function at its best.

    • Grab the microphone base with one hand. With the other hand, grab just below the grille (the collar). Twist the collar clockwise to loosen it.

    • Be careful to not pull on the collar or you may rip the wires from the faceplate.

    • Create a mild cleaning solution by mixing a few drops of dish soap and water in a cup.

    • Using a detailing brush and the solution, gently brush the pins and inside walls of the microphone.

    • Make sure connector is completely dry before soldering, failure to do so may result in permanent damage.

    • If you have previously soldered inside the microphone, you may use a soldering iron to melt off any excess solder that may be on the pins inside the connector. Do not attempt this if you have never soldered on the microphone before.

Abschluss

After cleaning the faceplate and reassembling the microphone, it should work at its maximum potential.

Hi I checked the solder on the wires inside the microphone and it still does not work. Any other ideas?
