Einleitung

The motherboard is the main printed circuit board within the InFocus IN35W projector. If it needs to be replaced or fixed, it is important to handle it carefully and correctly so you do not damage the projector or yourself. Since the motherboard is the main circuit in the projector, if your projector doesn’t turn on, check the motherboard to make sure all of the wires are connected and nothing is damaged.

    • Use the plastic opening tool to remove the front plastic casing surrounding the lens.

    • Pry apart the clips securing the top and bottom of the device using the plastic opening tool.

    • Pull the top piece up.

    • The two gray ventilation grates will slip off the device.

    • Detach the white speaker wire that connects the motherboard to the top piece.

    • Remove the top cover from the device.

    • Detach all six of the cables and speaker wires from the white connectors on the motherboard.

    • Remove the six 4 mm Torx TR10 screws from the motherboard.

    • Carefully grasp the outsides of the motherboard and pull it up to remove it from the device.
