If your LG G7 ThinQ (model IMEI 358159091436289) is losing data, having trouble saving, not making phone calls, or anything having to do with information retention or network usage, use this guide to replace the SIM card.
The SIM card is a computer chip that allows you to store information and access the network. A broken SIM card will have trouble properly accessing the network and saving data.
Before using this guide, inspect the SIM card for debris and make sure the SIM card is the issue. You can figure this out by inserting the SIM card into another phone and testing if it works.
Before beginning, make sure the phone is powered off and is disconnected from any source of power.
