Einleitung

A motherboard replacement is an uncommon procedure, but can oftentimes be a necessary step in fixing your Lenovo IdeaPad Flex4-1130. If you are in need of new RAM or are experiencing trouble with your Lenovo IdeaPad Flex4-1130 and have ruled out other components, a motherboard replacement is an efficient way to refresh your Lenovo IdeaPad Flex4-1130.

    • Power off your Lenovo Ideapad Flex4-1130 before beginning disassembly.

    • Remove the ten 4mm screws from the back panel.

    • Insert the spudger into the groove work your way around the laptop to separate the bottom from the case.

    • Do not insert the spudger too deep! This could potentially damage a device part.

    It is going to feel like you may have missed a screw but you actually haven't. Just be very careful releasing the back panel as the clips are fairly strong.

    • Remove the connector attaching the battery to the motherboard.

    • Remove the four 4mm screws on the battery.

    • Lift the battery with a spudger and remove.

    • Remove eleven 6mm screws.

    • Lift up black flap on the ZIF connector and pull the ribbon cable out.

    • Lift up on the black tab on the ZIF connector and pull the ribbon cable out.

    • Remove connector cable.

    • Remove one last connector cable.

    • Motherboard should now be completely disconnected and can be lifted off the cover to be replaced.
