Einleitung

• Hard Reset / Auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen: Löschen aller persönlichen Daten (Telefonbuch, Downloads, Accounts, etc.), aller installierten Programme und Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen.

• Dies hilft dir, wenn du dein Muster zum Entsperren oder deine PIN vergessen hast, oder Probleme mit dem Betriebssystem oder einem Programm hast.

    • Schalte das Gerät aus.

    • Drücke und halte den Leiser-Knopf und schließe dein Ladekabel an. Lasse den Knopf los, sobald du ein Ausrufezeichen siehst.

    • Jetzt drücke die Knöpfe in der folgenden Reihenfolge:

    • Lauter-Knopf

    • Leiser-Knopf

    • Power-Knopf

    • Leiser-Knopf

    • Das Gerät wird zurückgesetzt und neu gestartet.

    After I press the volume down key and insert my charger no exclamation mark appears so what do I do??

did we lost win 10 switch back to win 8.1 from win10 after factory reset?

my lumia 535 face screen freeze and some time auto power off and power button not working problem

when I press power button it show dim light and black screen again and also got heat up from upper front back side

the only thing work in these issue is remove back cover put off battery put in again

If it failed for you try it this way without the charger: Press the power button to start and when it vibrates hold the volume down button until it shows you the exclamation mark. the do the volume up down power down sequence mentioned above here and leave it aside to show the logo then spinning cog wheels. The charge route failed for me too till i found the route where you dont include the charger.

you can also reset your lumia by going into settings, scroll down and chose about phone in there it gives you the option to reset phone click on and you will be prompted are you sure press OK and it will shut down and when it restarts it will show 2 cogs turning this take about 2/3 minutes, you now have your phone back to factory set. hope this helps those who could not do it the other way?

Thank you this was extremely easy . I have this as a back up phone . I dropped my Galaxy S10e and destroyed the screen I had forgotten the pin lock on this one and needed a fully operable phone for the next few days while I wait on my replacement from the insurance.
