    • Firmly grasp the ear cushions, and rotate them counterclockwise about 45 degrees, or until you hear a "click."

    • Be careful not to use excessive force during rotation.

There is no replacment parts on the whole internet... so annoying! even on aliexpress, EVEN ON MICROSOFT STROE

Unfortunately, I am out of warranty and could not find earmuffs for my SH1.
Do you sell any?
Do SH2 earmuffs compatible with SH1?

You can't even buy them on MS STORE so you have to buy another one like BOSE or SONY.

There should be 1 star. After two years they don't sell replacment parts. F U MICROSOFT.
