Has your Milwaukee Hole Hawg 1675-1 lost its bite on drill bits? If so, the chuck could be worn and in need of replacement. Here is a link to the Milwaukee Hole Hawg 1675-1 Troubleshooting page. The chuck has three jaws that clamp down, allowing the use of multiple sizes of drill bits. Over time and hard use, these jaws can wear, allowing the drill bit to slip or not spin at all. All you will need for this repair is a 3/16 Hex key.

    • Place gearbox in the lowest setting.

    • Remove the 25mm Hex 3/16" screw from the chuck.

    • The Hex screw is reverse threaded and will have to be removed clockwise.
