Einleitung
Does your Milwaukee Hole Hawg have sparks coming from the motor during use? If so, the motor brushes could be worn and in need of replacement. Here is a link to the Milwaukee Hole Hawg 1675-1 Troubleshooting Page. The carbon brushes conduct electricity to the armature through contact with the spinning commutator. Over time the brushes will wear down and cause sparking which is a sign they need to be replaced. All you will need is a standard #4 Flat Screwdriver head to remove the brush cap and the brush itself.
