    • Remove the small silicon cover at the bottom right of the camera using tweezers.

I eventually gave up trying to peel it back and just brute-forced a small hole large enough to get to the screw. Slightly less waterproof now :)

    • Remove the sixteen (16) 3mm Phillips PH000 screws securing the midframe.

    • Some phones have two shorter screws, one on each side of the battery (double marked with orange circles at left). If your device has these shorter screws, make sure they go back in their original holes.

    • Pop up on the vibrator's connector to separate it from the charging port.

Putting this tiny connector back in will be the hardest part of the process. I wish I had a magnifier handy when I did this because my eyes aren’t what they used to be. Very tiny part!

For the vibrator connector, it's very important for you to pop UP (i.e., perpendicular out of the motherboard). If you try pulling the connector to the right, you risk pulling the 2 wires out of the connecter.

Excellent guide.

The hardest parts were getting the “small silicon cover” off and putting the vibrator's connector back in.

I highly recommend people to take a photos of their phone’s small details for later reference when you put it back together again.
