Einleitung

Before starting this repair, make sure that you have 30-45 minutes set side in case any problems are ran into despite the estimated replacement time of 10 minutes. Also, make sure that you have all of the right equipment available including a reusable circuit if the oxygen sensor is difficult to remove.

For more information on replacing the oxygen sensor, please refer to page 4-19 in the service manual.

    • Turn off ventilator before starting this repair.

    • Shut off or disconnect the air and oxygen gas supplies before starting this repair.

    • To avoid damaging equipment, always use standard electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions

    • Put on an ESD wrist strap or ESD gloves

    • Remove the 2 screws (phillips size 1) securing DOR2112M to the front of the e360 ventilator.

    • Pull back the cover to gain access to the oxygen sensor

    • Remove the Oxygen Sensor cable CBL2109A from the Oxygen Sensor R125P03-002 by unscrewing the connector on the cable

    • Remove the Oxygen Sensor by unscrewing the Oxygen Sensor counterclockwise.

    • If the Oxygen Sensor is installed too tightly to be removed, place a Newport reusable circuit on the oxygen sensor to obtain better friction while unscrewing the Oxygen Sensor.
