Wenn du mit dem Betriebssystem Probleme hast, das Passwort für die Bildschirmsperre vergessen hast oder du alle persönliche Daten löschen möchtest, kannst du das Smartphone auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen.

    • Schalte das Telefon aus.

    • Drücke und halte die Tasten für "Lautstärke weniger" und "Einschalten"

    • Wenn du ein Vibrieren spürst, dann lasse nur die Einschalttaste los,

    • oder,

    • drücke und halte die "Lautstärke weniger"- Taste und verbinde das Smartphone mit dem Ladegerät.

    • Du wirst ein Ausrufezeichen sehen.

    • Drücke der Reihe nach folgende Tasten:

    • Lautstärke hoch

    • Lautstärke weniger

    • Einschalttaste

    • Lautstärke weniger

    • Das Smartphone wird zurückgesetzt und neu gestartet. Dies kann ein paar Minuten dauern.
