Nvidia Shield TV 1st Generation Fan/Heat Sink Replacement

Einleitung

The heat sink will need to be replaced if your device consistently becomes very hot. Before removing the heat sink, make sure the device is turned off and is cool. When removing the component, make sure to be careful, as the parts are delicate and can break or chip easily.

    • Flip the device over and use a plastic opening tool to remove the bottom cover.

    • Remove the five screws using T6 Torx screwdriver.

    • Remove the power supply cord.

    • Gently pull the fan away from the edge of the device.
