This replacement guide will help users to properly replace the barrel of the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer. Replacing this component of the hair dryer could potentially resolve any problems regarding air flow.

Schritt 1

First, remove the pink panels on each side of the handle in order to access the screws.
Use the iFixit opening tool to remove the pink panels.

Schritt 2

After removing the pink panels, there will be one visible screw on each side of the dryer handle measuring at 11mm.
Carefully unscrew both of these screws with a tri-point Y000 screwdriver.
Next, completely remove the screws out of the dryer handle.

Schritt 3

Remove the barrel by twisting and pulling it away from the handle of the dryer.
Before attempting to take the barrel off, make sure the dryer powered completely off and is cool to the touch.

I was only able to remove the brush after I used a flathead to pull the main black pieces on the handle away from the brush. These black pieces lock the brush into place.
