This is a repair guide for the Volume Control function of the Sennheiser HD 4.50 Bluetooth headphones. If users are having issues with changing the volume then this guide could be helpful. Make sure first of all that you’ve attempted to turn up the volume all the way. If you are still having trouble, your volume control function may not be working properly. Use this guide to help.

If your volume control buttons are sticky or stuck, this guide will help you to replace the button. If the button still moves properly, but doesn’t have any response to input, you may need to address the problem by replacing the volume control board instead.

Thank you! This helped me open my pair of headphones, and I was able to fix an intermittent connection to the headphone jack (by reheating the pads).

I should add that the diffuser for the LED should be pulled off by user before trying to lift up the board, as it will not come off out of it's hole by itself and it does block the board from being lifted.
