If your mop is not emitting steam then replacing the nozzle may help. Before doing any disassembly on your Shark Professional Steam Pocket Mop, make sure to unplug the mop and empty the water tank for your safety.

    • Press the mop head release button to remove it from the steam mop body.

    • Remove the four 10mm screws holding the joint assembly to the mop head with your Phillips #2 screwdriver.

    • Remove the two plastic hinge covers by pulling the hinges out of the joint and sliding the covers off.

    • Stretch joint assembly forward to expose two 11mm Phillips #2 screws on either side of the steam tube.

    • Remove both screws.

    • Lift joint assembly out of hinge socket and pull upward with mild force to disconnect steam nozzle.

    • Use needle nose pliers to compress metal clamp .

    • Pull the nozzle out of the tube.

    Where can I get a new rubber hose? The one I have broke in half.

This was fantastic. Only place I found on how to disassemble mop head. If i were you, I would go a little further and explain how to clean the nozzle. Use a paper clip or 20 gauge wire to push build up out. If that does not work use a small drill bit ( be careful to drill straight or you could damage the wall or jacket . This worked for me. Saved me $30. Had a problem locating this sight. Maybe some way to make it easier to locate would help. Thanks for your posting.
