What are the functions of the media board? My vaio vgn-fw170j won't power up (no LEDS on the power switch, or anywhere else, no fan, nothing). Verified that MoBo has 19.5 VDC on the board. Replaced MoBo and CPU, still no response. Since power button plugs into Media Board, figured it might be failed - any idea if this could be the cause?
