Toshiba Satellite E45-B4100 Cooling Fan Replacement

Remove the fourteen 3.75mm screws with a Phillips #0 Screwdriver as shown.

Gently pull out the battery.

Using a spudger, poke the white tabs in by the battery until you hear a click.

Separate the laptop by sliding a spudger in between the black and silver covers.

Disconnect the Cooling Fan from the Motherboard by gently pulling away on the white tab.

Unscrew the two 3.75mm screws around the Cooling Fan and the copper attachment as shown with the #0 Phillip's Head screwdriver.

Remove the attachment from the Processor by gently rotating and lifting.
