The battery pack is what provides the phone power. It is important to have a battery that is charged so that it will not die during a phone conversation.

    • Turn the phone over with the back facing upwards.

    • Press your thumb down on the top of the cover and push downwards.

    • Once the back has been removed, the battery will be connected by 2 wires.

    • Do not pull on the red and black wires.

    • Pull the small, grey connector to disconnect the battery pack.

    • Take the replacement battery and push the grey connector back into the phone.
