This guide shows how to remove and replace any of the four motor and pump shock mounts for the Wacker Pump PT3A 2012.

Note: There are several versions of this device, and each uses a different shock mount design that’s incompatible with the others. Contact Wacker Neuson with the device serial number, and they will confirm which mount you should order for the device.

    • If you are only replacing one or two shock mounts, you may not need to rotate the device.

    • Carefully rotate the device so that the pump sits on top of the engine.

    • Place a block of wood underneath the engine so that the engine weight rests on the wood and not the shock mounts.

    • Do not remove all four mount bolts at once, or the assembly will separate from the frame. Replace up to two shock mounts at a time.

    • Use a 13 mm socket and wrench to remove the nut(s) securing the shock mount(s) that you are replacing.
