Einleitung
This guide will teach you how to remove old or damaged strings from a Yamaha APX-6N guitar and how to tie knots at the bridge and head of the guitar so the strings stay in place. It will also teach you how to put the new strings on properly.

If the strings are loose and have no tension, remove old or broken guitar strings using the wire cutter

After the old or broken strings have been cut, remove them by pulling it.

Insert the end of the string into the top of the bridge.

Wrap the short end of the string with the long end of it, making a loop.

Put the short end of the string through the loop around 3-4 times.

Pull both ends of the string until the knot is tight.

Insert the end of the string into the hole.

Pull the end over the tuning peg to the left side. Then bring the end of the string to the right side and put it under, making a loop.

Put the end of the string though the loop and pull both ends until the knot is tight.

Insert the end of the string into the hole of the tuning peg.

Pull the end over the tuning peg to the right side. Then bring the end of the string to the left side and put it under, making a loop.

Put the end of the string though the loop and pull both ends until the knot is tight.

Turn the tuning peg clock wise to tighten the string until the string makes a sound when plucked.

Once all the old or broken strings have been replaced, tune the guitar to your desired tuning.

Check the head and the bridge of it for any loose string ends.

You now have new strings for your guitar
