Summary:

The XPS 13 Plus was released in April 2022 and follows a new, unconventional design with capacitive Function keys and a haptic feedback trackpad. It looks as if Dell has decided to venture back to Apple's vision of the Macbook pro 5 years on; Dell's reason for doing this, however, is not the same as Apple's. In order to keep a 28W 12-14 core processor cool and deliver M1 killing performance in a device so thin required them to remove the function key row saving them 1.8mm of precious cooling space.
