This specific model line is a problematic one in that the USB2 drivers can't be found anywhere if one were to accidentally reload the operating system clean, or even upgrade it beyond Window 7. Once the factory recovery partition is gone and the use hasn't made a set of recovery media, he's lost. Both the webcam and any USB2 devices are useless and the Lenovo website is just junk. Trying to locate Lenovo FRU 89Y7255 or 03T2081 that are the factory recovery media for Windows 7 64 bit to hopefully reload the operating and at least use it normally. Anyone out there have them or a source for them please?
