Background and Identification

The Motorala Moto Z4 is a midrange Android smartphone created by Motorola, Inc., offering 5G connectivity with Verizon’s network. Released in 2019, the Moto Z4 was the cheapest phone with 5G for the year. As part of the Moto Z line, the Moto Z4 claims to have up to 2 days of battery with TurboPower Charging, camera night vision mode, a 6.4’’ HD display, a 48 MP camera sensor, and 4K videos.

The design of the phone is true to the signature features of the Moto Z line: Moto Mods and the identical rear design, and a circular camera bump. Size and shape are also the same as Moto Z3, from 2016. However, the Moto Z4 has many improvements from its predecessor, with a larger 6.4-inch OLED display that spreads around a curved teardrop notch and the addition of an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Furthermore, the rear camera has been upgraded from dual 12 MP to a single 48 MP lens, with software to edit the depth difference, and the front facing lens has been upgraded to 25 MP. Available in Flash Grey and Frost White, the Moto Z4 brings the headphone jack back and has an increased battery capacity.
