The Sony Xperia E series is part of the larger line of Xperia phones manufactured by Sony Mobile. They are entry to mid-range level phones. More prominent series within the Xperia line include the X series and the XZ series, Sony's flagship series.
The Sony Xperia E was the first phone in the E series. An Android smartphone, the Xperia E was released in March 2013 and is available in single and dual SIM variants. The Sony Xperia micro and the Sony Xperia tipo preceded the Xperia E. Then, the Xperia E1 succeeded the Xperia E. The E3, E4, and E5 followed.The Xperia E series ran from the 2013 to 2016, from the E to the E5 phone.
Powered by a 1.008 GHz single core Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 (MSM727A) processor, the device comes with 750 MB of internal storage, a built-in, non-removable 4GB SD card (only 2GB is accessible to the user), and support for up to 32 GB of storage via a microSD card. Moreover the Xperia E has 409 MB of RAM and has a Adreno 200 GPU.
