Background and Identification

Acer is a consumer electronics company headquartered in Taiwan. The company originated in 1976 as an electronic parts distributor. Since 1976, Acer has expanded to sell electronics worldwide. The company today sells laptops, desktops, monitors, projectors, tablets, accessories, and more.

Among laptops sold by Acer is the Acer Aspire E15, which was released in 2015. The Aspire E15 sports the Windows 10 operating system with a 15.6-inch screen that has a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. The Aspire E15 has a 12-hour battery life. The laptop was designed to offer users “better everyday computing,” providing portability without the expense of power.

The Acer Aspire E15 laptop comes with a range of processors from the Celeron to the Core i7. The laptop also comes with a few AMD processors, but most are Intel-based.

The Acer Aspire E15 laptop includes a trackpad, keyboard, and fold-down display. The Acer logo is imprinted on the back of the encasing, as well as on the front of the device, just below the screen.
