    • Open the device using a flat head screwdriver and pry the lid up from the middle carefully.

    • Use a metal spudger along the side to open the lid.

    • Don't push inside too much.

    • This will damage the metal case.

    • The lid is glued to the plastic in the front.

    Batteries are also glued to the lid. You will need to use something blunt like a butter knife to separate the glue from the battery to prevent damage before opening the case too far.

    • If you're having problems with the device, disconnect the battery and then reconnect it. That solved the no output problem for me.

Hey! Could you give the measurements on each of those battery units?

Unfortunately I don't have this thing anymore, but if you look up the official specs, then go by the proportions on-screen, you can probably get a decent idea.

Hi I see it's 3 years later but I was wondering if you remember how you disconnected the battery? My pack is fully charged and I'm a little worried on how to disconnect.
