Teardown
The head is only attached by magnets, so it should come right off if you pull it.
Use a Dremel to cut them apart, but you can also use a hacksaw.
Just remember to not cut any internals.
If you are scared to cut into your droid, don't worry. You will need to glue the halves together later.
Remember what direction the magnets are facing in. This will come in handy later!
Remove the top wheels to expose the circuit board.
Keep these screws together, they're needed for reassembly.
Pry up on the edges a little bit.
A cable may come out with the board, and will have to be unplugged.
Pry up the edges of the cover to remove it.
Be careful not to puncture or damage the battery as it may cause serious injury.
If your batteries swollen they should be replaced.
The batteries are linked together, so make sure not to rip the wire connecting them.
The batteries are 350mah.
You might have to sand the halves of the droid shell before gluing them together.
