About Me
I’m a Technical Communications graduate student at the University of north Texas. I received my bachelors of Creative Writing in 2019 as well as a minor in Technical Communications. I began my graduate career the same year while working at a Customer Service intern at Peterbilt Motors.
Due to my work experience and education, I’m well-versed in user focused instructions and procedures. I hope to contribute my skills and better them through the iFixit platform. I also hope to use this experience as an addition to my portfolio for future opportunities.
