- School- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
- Major— Astronomy/ Astrophysics- I have a deep love for anything space related and would love to work in the field when I graduate.
- Aspirations—I want to be an Astronaut one day, and hopefully be apart of the team that gets a man on Mars.
- Skills— I am a fair and honest leader. I like working with people as I define myself as a people person. And I am very work driven, meaning projects and assignments will come first to me.
- Projects/accomplishments— I have written a few short stories, poems, and now I am currently working on a 4 part book series. these are works that I feel very accomplished at and I had an amazing time sharing them.
- Repair experience—In my past I have fixed things like broken toys but never anything technology related. This will be my first time. One day I would like to build/ fix a rocket.
- Accolades—I have won some awards regarding sports and I have also been awarded scholarships.
- Groups/memberships— I belong to a few clubs on campus. I am an Orientation Ambassador as well as Vice President of Society of Women in Space Exploration (SWISE). I am also a member of Black Student Association (BSA).
- Hobbies—I love to read in my free time and try to do so a little everyday. I also am an aspiring author. Currently I’m in the middle of writing my very on series!
- How does this project relate to you?— I believe this project will give me work experience to handle technology as well as learning new methods of communication.
- Any other fun facts you’d like to add?—I played volleyball for 6 years before coming to college. Mexican food is the most wonderful thing on Earth, but Indian food is a close second. I have a lab/ collie mix dog at home. I am from Texas and would love to keep living there once I graduate.
