Hi, I’m Michaela and I’m a third-year Industrial Engineering major at Cal Poly SLO!

- Industrial Engineering— I love learning how to make processes more efficient and reducing any waste.
- Aspirations—After I graduate from the blended master’s program, I hope to work in consulting or supply chain.
- Technical Skills— Excel, Python, Microsoft Access, Solidworks, and Yasai
- Projects/accomplishments—I worked on a project at my work to optimize how we schedule observers (Study Session Schedule Builder). I also worked on a technical writing project proposal for renovations to our campus library. We discussed different layout options in order to create more study space for students.
- Groups/memberships—I am a member of SWE and IISE.
- Hobbies—I like to go on hikes around SLO and go to the beach.
