Hi there! I'm a junior at the University of Colorado Denver, completing my undergraduate B.S. Biology degree with a minor in Health Humanities and a certification in Biochemistry. I chose this course of study as I am on the pre-med track, and think it will be beneficial for me to learn the academic content and also to think critically about the repercussions of health policies and procedures, and how they help and potentially harm people. There is still much to deal with in this world, and I'm hoping my experiences will give me some insight on how to do my part in implementing the solutions.
I don't have much repair experience, just the occasional DIY after consulting manuals. One thing I am fond of is pulling things apart and trying to put them together based solely on memory. It's often harder than expected, but I've learned how to piece the parts together over the years.
I believe that the projects I work on will help me to develop communicative skills that will allow me to convey my point of view more coherently, no matter my line of work.
In my free time, I love taking pictures of things that catch my eye, read novels, take nature trips, and travel, whether it's a two-hour drive or a flight halfway across the world.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know a little about me!
