Hello, my name is Hewot Takele, and I am a junior at the University of Colorado Denver. I am a Biology major on a Pre-med path, with plans to attend PA school to become a physicians assistant. I believe we need more representation in healthcare and I would like to make it happen! My interest for medicine has only grown throughout my time in my major and time spent researching the profession.
I am excited to create user friendly guides through iFixit, and be apart of the technical and mechanical representation. Although I don't have much experience prior, I hope to gain some that will touch other subjects of my life.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, and taking pictures. A personal favorite of mine, would have to be Miami. I fell in love with the scenery and lifestyle there. I hope to continue traveling and attend PA school somewhere out of state. I love exploring new places and would love the opportunity to study abroad someday.
