Background and Identification

Celestron 47020 HomeCast Lite was released in 2012 by Celestron. It is a personal temperature station. The model number #47020 shows on the back right side. The Celestron 47020 HomeCast Lite consists of two parts. The big one is the main unit appearance. The small one is thermo sensor unit appearance. The main unit appearance shows the real time weather temperature. The 433MHz main unit is capable of receiving temperature data from the sensor unit up to 100 ft (30 m) away. The temperature trend indicator helps you plan your day. It features an easily readable Temperature Trend Display that indicates if the outdoor temperature is rising or decreasing. Additionally, it mounts anywhere - great for home or office. There is no manufacturer recalls.
