Background and Identification
The Oster 3905 is a 4-slice retractable cord toaster, released in 2008. The Oster 3905 is a larger version of the Oster 2-slice retractable cord toaster. To identify your specific model, the Oster logo is located on the right side with silver lettering and the toaster itself is black with gray knobs and dual levers.
The device is equipped with seven toast-shade settings, an anti-jam auto shut off, a removable crumb tray, a retractable cord, extra wide slots with auto adjusting bread guides, a bagel select, cancel option, and a toast lift. Common problems with this device include, but are not limited to: knobs and levers falling off, uneven toasting, and the cord not retracting on its own.
