Introduction

If the temples and top bar of your Ray-Ban Clubmaster glasses have snapped off, use this guide for a quick and easy repair with just a few household materials, no special skills required! The only thing you need to be cautious of is working with super glue in Step 3, but a pair of disposable gloves should keep your hands protected.

This repair guide can apply to any corresponding Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses as well.

    • Using the toothpick, remove any manufacturing adhesive inside the top bar of the frame.

    • Apply rubbing alcohol to a cotton ball and clean inside the top bar of the Clubmaster frame.

    • Let the alcohol dry and apply a thin layer of super glue along the inside of the top bar of the frame, from edge to edge.

    • The glue should not be overflowing out of the top bar.

    • Wear disposable gloves to avoid contact with skin.

    • Firmly press the glasses lens(es) inside the frame.

    • Wipe away any excess glue on the lens(es) and frame with a piece of paper towel.

    • Avoid smudging the glue on the glasses.

    • Place the glasses upside down on a piece of paper towel and set in a cool place to dry for 24 hours.

    Where they would have to show the part that most spoils in a Clubmaster by Rayban or Luxottica, would be the arms that hold the glasses over the nose. Mine broke within the first week of use. I never want another Rayban sunglasses again. Thanks. HB,
